About the role

𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager with strong US Healthcare and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) domain expertise to drive the strategy, development, and enhancement of healthcare products and solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with US healthcare workflows, particularly across the revenue cycle, and be comfortable collaborating with engineering, operations, clinical/business stakeholders, and customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution for RCM-focused healthcare products.

• Understand and translate complex US Healthcare RCM workflows into product requirements and scalable solutions.

• Work closely with customers, business teams, operations, engineering, design, and QA to define and prioritize product initiatives.

• Develop detailed PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and product documentation.

• Identify opportunities to improve revenue realization, operational efficiency, automation, and user experience across the RCM lifecycle.

• Analyze customer feedback, market trends, competitive products, and industry developments to identify product opportunities.

• Define and monitor product KPIs and business metrics to measure product adoption, efficiency, and impact.

• Drive product releases from discovery and requirements through development, testing, launch, and post-launch optimization.

• Work with engineering teams to clarify requirements and ensure successful product delivery.

• Collaborate with US healthcare stakeholders and customers to understand business requirements and validate solutions.

• Identify opportunities for automation, AI/ML, analytics, and workflow optimization within RCM processes.
