About the Role

Join Picnic as an Associate Product Manager and own a part of the Picnic app from day one. You’ll be end to end responsible for creating features by understanding customers, analyzing data, collaborating with designers and developers, and testing with analysts. The APM program is designed to take you from recent graduate to Product Manager and learn by doing.

What You'll Do

  • Learn how to solve customer problems and help build features used by millions of users.

  • Analyze customer behavior through data analysis and interviews to inform what to build.

  • Own the full product development lifecycle for your features, from scoping with design and engineering to data and business considerations.

  • Drive execution, ship to customers, and see the direct impact in real data. Collaborate with designers, engineers, data scientists, and analysts.

  • Experience different scopes during the program, from Home page to Payments, Search to Personalisation, to broaden your product view.

  • Work with a dedicated mentor and learn by doing as you progress through the 0-6, 6-12, and 12+ month milestones.

  • What We're Looking For

  • Ambitious, curious future leaders with a passion for our mission. Years of PM experience are not required; demonstrated raw talent and drive are.

  • Master degree in a quantitative field such as Econometrics, Engineering, Computer Science, or similar, or equivalent.

  • Recent graduate or up to two years of professional experience.

  • Builder at heart with initiative and a track record of creating something from scratch, whether a side project, new idea, or startup.

  • Strong empathy for users, a habit of asking why, and a constant drive to make things better.

  • Go getter with bias toward action and delivery.

  • EU working permit or citizenship is required. No visa sponsorship.

  • Nice to Have

  • Experience with side projects or startups.

  • Demonstrated product thinking and user centric mindset.
