The role involves owning and contributing to Tradify’s product development and UX practice, ensuring the product experience aligns with strategy and delivers strong value. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to understand the product roadmap, define detailed specifications, and collaborate with engineering to ship high-quality solutions. The position suits someone who enjoys both leading and being hands-on, with a strong focus on creating great customer experiences. Work is organized into 6-week cycles, where you will set objectives, guide the team through design, development, and testing, and oversee release planning, launch activities, analytics tracking, and validation of experimental features.
