Reporting directly to the Product Manager, you as an Associate Product Manager – UL Fuses will be responsible for managing assigned product lines throughout the entire product life cycle, working closely with Sales, Engineering, Operations, and other support functions to ensure customer requirements are met. You will monitor and support revenue and profitability goals for assigned product lines while ensuring alignment with the Energy & Industrial Infrastructure Business Unit strategy.

You will collaborate closely with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Marketing to support product development, product revisions, pricing, forecasting, customer requirements, and product-related initiatives. In this role, you will also provide product support to customers and internal teams, drive cost reduction and local sourcing initiatives, support new product development, and contribute to product line strategy and roadmap execution.

  • Manage assigned product lines throughout the entire product life cycle, ensuring alignment with business strategy, customer requirements, and profitability objectives.
  • Define pricing for assigned products to support revenue and profitability goals.
  • Review product line performance and define and implement actions to drive top-line growth and improve product margins.
  • Support product rationalization initiatives based on profitability, product strategy, and supplier strategy.
  • Work with Sales and customers to assess future demand forecasts and provide input to Operations for capacity and demand management.
  • Support safety stock requirements and manage inventory obsolescence as needed.
  • Coordinate product change requests and ensure implementation according to required processes, including customer notifications and response tracking.
