Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain Alteryx Server and KNIME Server/Business Hub, including setup, configuration, upgrades, patches, licensing, and maintenance.

  • Manage daily platform operations, including workflow deployment, scheduling, execution, runtime monitoring, and production support.

  • Manage queues, connections, credentials, user access, and platform configurations across Alteryx and KNIME.

  • Monitor platform health, availability, performance, capacity, usage, licensing, and workflow activity.

  • Identify operational risks and coordinate corrective and preventive actions with Systems Engineering and Infrastructure teams.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve Tier 2 platform and workflow-runtime issues using logs, telemetry, configuration analysis, and structured testing.

  • Manage platform security and access, including SSO, RBAC, security groups, user provisioning, access reviews, and service accounts.

  • Coordinate platform changes and releases, including testing, UAT, upgrade validation, CAB/ECAB, production deployment, and post-release validation.

  • Support platform adoption and maintain SOPs, runbooks, configuration records, troubleshooting guides, knowledge articles, and support procedures.

  • Support other enterprise technology, analytics, automation, and AI platforms, including configuration, testing, APIs/integrations, access management, and operational support.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in platform operations, systems administration, product operations, analytics/automation technologies, technology delivery, or a related role.

  • Hands-on experience with Alteryx Server and/or KNIME Server/Business Hub, including administration, server/platform configuration, maintenance, upgrades, deployment, scheduling, or production support, is strongly preferred.

  • Understanding of Alteryx and/or KNIME workflows, execution, scheduling, connections, credentials, licensing, and enterprise deployment models.

  • Experience troubleshooting enterprise platforms using logs, telemetry, configuration analysis, and administration tools.

  • Working knowledge of enterprise identity, access, APIs and integration concepts including SSO, RBAC, Entra ID/Azure AD, REST APIs, HTTP, and JSON.

  • Experience with enterprise change/release management and tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, or comparable platforms.

  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills; exposure to SQL, Python, PowerShell, Alteryx/KNIME certifications, or cloud technologies is preferred.
