We're looking for someone who is naturally curious about customers, products, and growth. This isn't a traditional marketing role or a project management position. It's an opportunity to build a career in Product Growth, working alongside experienced product leaders to turn customer insights and data into products people love.

- Loves asking "Why?" and digging into customer behaviour.
- Enjoys working with data and spotting trends that others miss.
- Can turn research into actionable insights.
- Is highly organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
- Wants to grow into a Product Growth Manager and is eager to learn through hands-on experience.
You'll thrive in this role if you have: ✔ 2+ years' experience in market research, business analysis, product support, or a similar analytical role. ✔ Strong analytical and Excel skills. ✔ Excellent communication and presentation abilities. ✔ A passion for product development, customer experience, and growth strategy. ✔ Experience in financial services is an advantage.
