About the Role The University of Utah Athletics Department seeks an experienced Associate Producer to contribute to the broadcast productions of athletic events and related content. This role supports ESPN+ broadcasts and board show productions, requiring a dynamic individual with deep knowledge of sports broadcast production and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. What You'll Do
- Serve as lead graphics AP or lead tape operator, gathering assets ahead of broadcast and coordinating with the producer and director to allocate assets on event day; mentor students on Replay (EVS), Graphics (Xpression) or Switcher (Carbonite/Acuity/HyperMax) when not actively in those roles.
- Produce and/or Direct ESPN+ broadcasts or board shows under supervision; lead production meetings, create rundowns, gather assets, build graphics lists, and guide broadcast flow.
