About the Role The Associate People Partner will support human resources functions within the India HR team, partnering with business leaders to enable people-centric solutions and drive organizational effectiveness. What You'll Do
- Provide day-to-day HR partnership and advisory support to assigned client groups
- Collaborate with Talent, Learning, and Recruitment teams to implement people initiatives
- Help manage employee relations, performance, and development programs
- Support HR policy rollout and compliance in alignment with Novartis standards What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in Human Resources or People partnering
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, global company environment Nice to Have
- Experience in a multinational pharma/healthcare environment
