About the Role The Associate People Partner will partner with business leaders in Hyderabad to support HR strategies and people initiatives across the India location. They will work closely with HR teams to enable performance, development, and employee experience.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with line managers to implement people strategies and HR programs
- Support employee lifecycle processes, performance management, and talent development
- Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations, policy interpretation, and HR compliance
- Partner with global HR teams to align local execution with broader Novartis programs
What We're Looking For
- Experience in human resources or people partner roles
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, global biotech/pharma environment
- Knowledge of local labor laws and HR processes
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
