About the Role Atos is seeking an ambitious and commercially driven Associate Partner Manufacturing & Consumer Packaged Goods to strengthen and grow our consulting activities in the Dutch manufacturing and CPG sector. In this client facing leadership role you will help organizations accelerate their digital transformation and improve operational performance through innovative technology and business transformation programs. You will play a key role in expanding Atos Manufacturing Consulting practice, operating at senior management and executive levels, and advising clients on complex transformation and modernization challenges. What You'll Do
- Advise executives at board, operations and technology leadership levels on strategic transformation initiatives within manufacturing and Consumer Packaged Goods.
- Identify, develop and close complex consulting opportunities within existing and new accounts.
- Shape end to end transformation programs focused on operational excellence, digital manufacturing and data and AI driven value realization.
- Drive value from data and AI in production environments; accelerate Smart Factory and Industry 4.0 transformations; optimize supply chain, production and operational excellence processes; maximize the potential of digital platforms, cloud and automation technologies; enable sustainable and future-proof business transformation. What We're Looking For
- Ambitious and commercially driven Associate Partner with deep sector knowledge in manufacturing and Consumer Packaged Goods.
- Ability to operate at senior management and executive levels with leading players in manufacturing and CPG.
- Strong vision for the future of digital manufacturing and ability to translate it into actionable programs.
- Excellent business development skills with a track record of identifying, developing and closing complex opportunities.
- Strong advisory, communication and stakeholder management skills across functions such as transformation, IT and operations.
