Candidates should have an outstanding record of research accomplishment and offer evidence of continued productivity with potential for scholarly impact. We welcome candidates from all OIS -related research areas. We particularly encourage applications from scholars whose research focuses on AI, although exceptionally accomplished scholars in other areas will also receive full consideration. Relevant AI research may include advancing state-of-the-art AI models or methods, including large language models, vision-language models, world models, and related systems; incorporating AI into business processes and workflows; or rigorously studying how AI affects organizational operations, firms, workers, markets, and society. Interested individuals should upload a cover letter, curriculum vitae, research and teaching statements, a sample of research papers, and contact information for three recommendation letter writers (letters will be only requested upon selection for a later stage interview). Review of applications will begin immediately and will continue until the position is filled. For full consideration we encourage you to apply by October 31, 2026.

The department welcomes candidates from all backgrounds; and makes every attempt to support their academic, professional, and personal success while they are here. This institution offers benefits to spouses. This institution offers benefits to same-sex and to different sex domestic partners.
