Associate Optometrist

About the Role The Associate Optometrist is a leader in the LensCrafters organization, delivering brand promise and high-quality optometric care through collaboration with the MOD, SMM and store team. This role focuses on patient outcomes, KPI performance, and growing the practice within the community. What You'll Do

• Ensure executional excellence and strong results in partnership with the MOD and store team
• Demonstrate commitment to exceeding results through KPI management and high accountability
• Position the Brand as the leading optical provider within the community
• Act as a key stakeholder to leaders within the organization and local market
• Put the patient/customer first and deliver exceptional service
• Strive to exceed expectations on all KPIs
• Deliver unsurpassed patient service by following the service process steps: assess visual needs, recommend eyewear based on needs, explain each step of the eye exam, use tools to summarize and educate patients, and emphasize the importance of annual eye exams
• Ensure patients are scheduled for their next eye exam
• Conduct all services per protocol and accepted standards of care
• Provide accurate diagnoses and appropriate recommendations
• Establish a positive doctor–patient relationship
• Leverage technology to deliver outstanding patient experiences
• Maintain office systems and a safe working environment
• Maintain state licensure and continuing education requirements
• Provide effective training and guidance to team members
• Deliver clear, motivating feedback and foster a positive culture aligned with corporate values
• Encourage associate decision-making at the level closest to the patient
• Maximize partnerships through leadership, participation and involvement

• Pay Range: 62.47 - 87.58 per hour
