This role focuses on patient outcomes, KPI performance, and growing the practice within the community. What You'll Do
- Ensure executional excellence and strong results in partnership with the MOD and store team
- Demonstrate commitment to exceeding results through KPI management and high accountability
- Position the Brand as the leading optical provider within the community
- Act as a key stakeholder to leaders within the organization and local market
- Put the patient/customer first and deliver exceptional service
- Strive to exceed expectations on all KPIs
