Associate Optometrist

About the Role The Associate Optometrist is a leader in the LensCrafters organization, delivering the brand promise and patient care excellence through collaboration with store leadership. This role focuses on providing high-quality optometric care, executing clinical protocols, and driving practice growth while upholding the company’s standards and patient experience. What You'll Do

• Ensure executional excellence and winning results in partnership with the MOD and store team.
• Demonstrate commitment to exceeding results through strong KPI management and accountability.
• Position the Brand as the leading optical provider within the community.
• Act as a key stakeholder to leaders across the organization and local market.
• Place the patient/customer first and deliver outstanding service.
• Strive to exceed KPI expectations.
• Deliver unsurpassed patient service by following the Service Process: address visual lifestyle needs; make eyewear recommendations; explain each step of the eye exam; listen to patients; utilize tools to summarize and ensure understanding; communicate the need for annual eye exams; schedule next eye exam in TAB.
• Conduct all services per protocol and accepted standards of care; ensure accurate diagnosis and appropriate recommendations; establish a positive doctor/patient relationship.
• Utilize and leverage technology to deliver exceptional patient experiences; maintain office systems.
• Maintain state licensure in good standing and fulfill continuing education requirements.
• Provide effective training and guidance to team members using company programs; deliver timely feedback.
• Foster a positive culture aligned with corporate values; motivate individuals and support decision-making at the level closest to the patient.
• Build strong partnerships through leadership, participation, and involvement; maintain a professional appearance and a safe working environment; lead by example. What We're Looking For
• Doctor of Optometry (OD) qualification.
• Commitment to quality patient care.
• Knowledge of current optometric theory and technology.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Problem-solving ability.
