Associate Optometrist

About the Role An Independent Doctor of Optometry affiliated with LensCrafters (Luxottica) seeks an Associate Optometrist to provide high-quality, full-scope optometric care within a private practice setting. You will work within the practice of a LensCrafters Subleasing Optometrist as an employee or contracted doctor; terms of agreement, practice model, pay and hours are negotiated directly with the Subleasing doctor. What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive optometric care within an independent LensCrafters practice, delivering patient-centered eye care and service.
• Exercise professional autonomy with the Subleasing Doctor; full scope predicated on your discretion and agreement; no company-imposed quotas.
• Utilize advanced OD equipment and digital eye examination technology (Clarifye); benefit from pre-testing support and a full tech suite.
• Leverage imaging capabilities where available (Daytona Optomap Digital Retinal Imaging System) and coordinate with tech and pre-testing support to optimize patient visits.
• Collaborate with the Subleasing Doctor and Luxottica's optical dispensary team to ensure a seamless patient experience.
• Enjoy flexible scheduling, including part-time commitments and the option to add to an existing practice schedule. What We're Looking For
• Licensed Doctor of Optometry, comfortable practicing full scope with professional discretion and agreement with the Subleasing Doctor.
• Ability to work in a private independent LensCrafters practice and provide high-quality optometric care.
• Proficiency with digital eye exam technologies (Clarifye) and retinal imaging (Daytona Optomap) is a plus.
• Strong patient care, communication, and collaboration skills; self-motivated and adaptable in a flexible practice environment. Compensation & Benefits
