About the Role Join an independent LensCrafters-affiliated optometry practice seeking an Associate Optometrist. You will practice within a private optometry office under a Subleasing Doctor, providing full-scope optometric care with professional autonomy. What You'll Do
- Provide high-quality optometric care to patients within the independent practice.
- Exercise full scope of optometry with professional discretion and agreement with the Subleasing Doctor.
- Work in a fully furnished office with OD equipment; utilize Clarifye digital eye examination technology.
- Access Daytona Optomap digital retinal imaging system and receive pre-testing support.
- Benefit from flexible scheduling including part-time commitments and the option to add to an existing practice schedule.
- Use an automated online appointment book and patient recall system.
- Collaborate within the Luxottica LensCrafters network to deliver exceptional patient care. What We're Looking For
- Licensed Doctor of Optometry (OD) seeking independent practice opportunities.
- Ability to operate within an affiliated independent practice with autonomy and no company-imposed quotas.
- Flexible, professional, and patient-centered mindset; strong communication skills.
- Willingness to work in a subleasing doctor model and coordinate with the optical dispensary. Nice to Have
- Experience with digital eye examination technology (Clarifye) and retinal imaging systems (Daytona Optomap). Compensation & Benefits
