About the Role An Independent Doctor of Optometry affiliated with LensCrafters seeks an Associate Optometrist to join an existing private practice. The Associate will work within the practice of a LensCrafters Subleasing Optometrist as an employee or contracted doctor, providing high-quality optometric care in a setting that emphasizes professional autonomy. What You'll Do
- Provide full-scope optometric care to patients in the private LensCrafters subleasing practice.
- Work under the supervision or in collaboration with the Subleasing Doctor as an employee or contracted doctor.
- Utilize a fully furnished OD office with advanced equipment (e.g., Clarifye digital eye examination technology; Daytona Optomap imaging) and pre-testing support.
- Manage an automated online appointment book and patient recall system.
- Practice with professional autonomy and no company-imposed quotas. What We're Looking For
- Doctor of Optometry licensed to practice; able to operate within an independent LensCrafters practice.
- Flexibility in scheduling, including part-time commitments, within a subleasing doctor model.
- Ability to deliver full-scope optometric care with professional discretion.
- Comfortable working in a practice setting with support staff and advanced OD equipment. Nice to Have
- Experience with digital eye examination technology (Clarifye) and optical imaging systems (e.g., Daytona Optomap) is a plus. Compensation & Benefits
