Associate-National-TAX-CBS - FIN - FP&A Account Support - Gurgaon

About the Role EY is seeking an Associate for National TAX CBS – FIN – FP&A Account Support based in Gurgaon. The role sits within sector-agnostic national teams delivering connected tax services and finance support, combining tax knowledge with technology to help clients make better business decisions. The role emphasizes technical excellence, engagement lifecycle management, invoicing, compliance and reporting to support tax and financial operations across engagements. What You'll Do

• Technical Excellence: client setup and acceptance; OAR approvals; ICD forms; and related compliance steps for engagements.
• Engagement Lifecycle: manage lifecycle in Mercury, engagement code set-up, GST updates, PSM verification, and monitoring WIP/AR; invoicing, collection and closure activities; subcontracting where needed.
• Invoicing and Payments: draft/final invoices, invoice reversals, foreign office invoicing, SEZ documentation, and overseas payments via OPRS.
• Compliance and Controls: TDS reconciliation, procurement controls for third-party services, and BRET submissions/renewals.
• Reporting: daily/monthly reports, cost analysis MIS, actual vs budget tracking, and weekly BU performance reviews (revenue, utilization, AR, WIP).
• Tools and Processes: create EYI-MD workspace and upload basic documents; EY GEAR/IMD related tasks; ensure proper documentation and approvals. What We're Looking For
• Qualification: Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor of Business Administration, Master of Commerce, Master of Business Administration, or Post Graduate Diploma in Management.
• Experience: Finance experience 0–2 years.
