About the Role EY is seeking a motivated individual for a 6-month contract to assist with special projects focused on creating engaging corporate content. This associate role (2-3 years of experience) will help develop multimedia content strategy including corporate communication materials and video podcast content that aligns with EY's brand. What You'll Do
- Proactively assist in developing and executing production of multimedia content including video podcasts.
- Research market trends and opportunities to inform the podcast's direction.
- Help manage project timelines and resources to ensure timely delivery.
- Support the content development and content release process while ensuring quality and compliance.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders, including potential guests and industry experts.
- Track basic performance metrics to help assess the podcast program's success. What We're Looking For
- Good writing and storytelling skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently and contribute to project completion.
- Experience in podcast or video content production, project management or related fields is a plus.
- Understanding of analytics and metrics tracking is a plus. Nice to Have
