Job Description
Key Responsibilities

Consolidate and maintain SKU-level vendor costing.

Manage vendor pricing revisions, negotiated discounts, and approved cost changes.

Update and reconcile data across PLM, costing tools.

Validate data for missing SKUs, duplicates, incorrect costs, and unusual price movements.

Maintain strong version control, data accuracy, and audit trail.

Prepare costing MIS, exception reports, and management updates.

Improve and automate trackers and reporting processes to reduce manual effort.

Candidate Profile
-
3+ years in sourcing/procurement operations, costing, product data, MIS, or vendor management.
-
Preferrable PLM experience and understanding of SKU/product lifecycle.
-
Advanced Excel skills XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIFS/COUNTIFS and data validation.
