UBS, a leading global wealth manager and the leading universal bank in Switzerland, is hiring an Associate Market Executive for its Global Wealth Management business in Denver, Colorado, United States. This is a full-time role with an indicative base salary range of USD 120,000 - 145,000. Applications for this role can be submitted until October 25, 2026.
The Associate Market Executive acts as a deputy to the Market Head in daily management of the Market, working as part of a collaborative market leadership team alongside Market Directors, Supervisory Officers, Operations and Administrative leaders responsible for the Mountain West Market. Key responsibilities:
- Develop a structured coaching program for financial advisors, helping them identify and achieve growth needs
- Run regular sales meetings, assist with implementing growth initiatives, evaluate progress and create action plans to address underperformance
- Manage and resolve escalated issues, including financial, reputational, compliance, supervisory, operational and HR governance risks
- Assist with selecting, hiring and onboarding financial advisors, and oversee conversion of those transitioning
Requirements: ideally 5-10 years of experience within the wealth management industry; proven leadership experience; Series 7, 66, and 9/10 licenses; motivated, self-directed and driven; skilled at building a positive business culture.
