1.work experience: 4 to 8 years in electronics supply value chain
2.. Domain Expertise: Knowledge about Epoxy based material (potting), Silicon based material (adhesives, sealants & potting), PU based material (conformal coating), Thermal Interface Material (Thermal gels, thermal paste, thermal pads, thermal gap fillers etc.)

Manufacturing Industrial Lifecycle Experience: Proven experience navigating the multi-stage qualification and design-in phases common in electronic manufacturing, where switching chemical components requires extensive testing and risk mitigation by the client.

Regulatory & Compliance Literacy: Basic understanding of environmental and safety compliance standard frameworks relevant to global electronic materials, such as RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances)

Technical Value Proposition & Messaging: The ability to translate raw technical specifications (e.g., thermal conductivity, viscosity, outgassing rates, purity levels measured in parts-per-billion) into clear, application-specific commercial advantages—like higher yields, improved component longevity.

High-Technical Content Creation: Proficiency in creating complex collateral. Rather than standard ad copy, they must explain white papers, technical data sheets (TDS), application notes, failure analysis case studies, and comprehensive selection guides that can keep under review by client-side engineers.
