About the Role The Associate Manager, Manufacturing Engineering leads a team to improve manufacturing efficiency and support design for producibility at L3Harris Technologies. This role focuses on driving process improvements and throughput in a manufacturing engineering context. What You'll Do
- Lead manufacturing engineering team; develop process documentation and workflows
- Improve throughput and efficiency using lean and Six Sigma principles
- Support design for manufacturability and producibility efforts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement manufacturing improvements What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of engineering experience or 10+ years without a degree
- Ability to obtain US Secret clearance
- Experience with ERP, MRP, MES systems and data tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Power BI, SAP S/4HANA) Nice to Have
- Experience leading engineers in a manufacturing environment
- Strong problem-solving, project management, and communication skills Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $96,000 - $168,000 per year
- Onsite work arrangement in Camden, NJ; 9/80 schedule noted (regular full-time)
