About the Role The Associate Manager, Manufacturing Engineer at L3Harris supports manufacturing engineering activities within the defense technology space, contributing to the delivery of end-to-end technology solutions that connect space, air, land, sea and cyber domains for national security. What You'll Do
- Lead or coordinate manufacturing engineering initiatives to optimize production processes for mission-critical programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across domains (space, air, land, sea and cyber) to ensure manufacturability, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, process optimization, and risk mitigation in manufacturing operations. What We're Looking For
- Experience in manufacturing engineering or a related field.
- Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced defense technology environment and adapt to evolving program needs. Nice to Have
- Experience in defense, aerospace, or complex system environments.
