About the Role The Associate Manager, Investment Operations will maintain and enhance investment accounting, reporting, and record-keeping systems to ensure accurate financial statements and efficient operations. Based in Newark, NJ, the role supports Prudential's investment teams with strong governance, data integrity, and cross-functional collaboration. What You'll Do
- Ensure financial statement balances are in accordance with GAAP & STAT principles
- Supervise a small team of approximately 2-3 accountants and provide feedback and guidance
- Timely and accurate review of accounting entries and ledger reconciliation
- Coordinate and monitor all daily and monthly deliverables
- Participate in various analyses and special projects
- Monitor data integrity
- External and Internal audit review and support
