About the Role The Associate Manager – Food & Beverage supports strategic planning, development, and execution of the food, beverage, and craft market operations across the C3 Presents event portfolio. The role partners with the Senior Food & Beverage Manager to implement operational strategies and vendor programs that drive financial objectives, operational excellence, and guest experience. This position exercises discretion and independent judgement in vendor selection, planning, compliance, problem resolution, and process improvements, contributing to revenue generation and long-term business growth. What You'll Do
- Partner with the Senior Manager to develop and implement food, beverage, and craft market operational strategies that support organizational goals, guest experience standards, and financial objectives.
- Evaluate operational performance and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency, service delivery, vendor performance, and profitability.
- Participate in cross-functional planning meetings and provide operational recommendations that influence event planning, resource allocation, and execution strategies.
- Serve as the on-site operational lead for assigned events, exercising independent judgement to address operational challenges, optimize service levels, and ensure business objectives are achieved. What We're Looking For
