Job title: Associate Manager, Executive Compensation & Board Advisory
About the Role As an Associate Manager in the Executive Compensation team, you will help deliver compensation, governance, and financial modelling projects for a diverse client base. You will join a multinational cluster that supports global clients, focusing on executive compensation while also engaging with strategy, governance, and data services.
What You'll Do
- Plan, design and implement executive compensation and incentive programs for existing and new clients.
- Deliver a wide variety of regional and international projects.
- Work directly with managers and executive leadership of large firms to evaluate and develop compensation and reward strategies aligned with business and human capital objectives.
- Collaborate in an informal team environment and contribute across the Benelux, Nordics and Switzerland regions.
What We're Looking For
- Master’s degree in preferably (Business) Economics or Business Administration (Finance or Strategy).
- Affinity with financial and HR-related topics and an interest in compensation issues.
- Pro-active with strong social skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- A problem solver who can identify and address challenging problems.
- Experience in executive compensation or consulting at the Board level is an asset.
- Strong analytical skills; able to draw conclusions from data in a logical, systematic way.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in English.
