About the Role As the 3PL Logistics Associate Manager you will be responsible for ensuring all orders are shipped out daily from the North Las Vegas 3PL site. Additionally, the 3PL Associate Manager will ensure inventory is accurately maintained and daily activities of the 3PL are monitored and maintained to Wella’s high standard. It is the responsibility of the 3PL Associate Manager to ensure the 3PL performs within budget, while continuously identifying opportunities to reduce costs. The 3PL Associate Manager will manage daily direction setting meetings with the 3PL and lead monthly/quarterly/annual reviews for Wella. While they should be deeply in touch with their local organization and processes, they need also to be enabled to execute their specific tasks as outlined below and have sufficient capacity to maintain, update and grow their knowledge of systems and processes.
