About the Role We are seeking an experienced Associate (3-5 PQE) with a proven track record in M&A to join our Corporate team in Birmingham. You will work on a range of high-profile, domestic and cross-border corporate matters, with strong potential for personal growth and progression within a globally recognized firm. What You'll Do
- Work on UK and international M&A/ corporate transactions as part of the Birmingham Corporate team.
- Collaborate with leading partners and clients, handling deal processes from due diligence to completion.
- Contribute to maintaining and growing long-term client relationships and business objectives. What We're Looking For
- 3-5 PQE with a proven track record in M&A.
- Experience with cross-border and private equity-backed transactions.
- Strong analytical, negotiation and communication skills; ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Nice to Have
- Experience with private equity sponsors and high-profile deals.
