Taft is seeking an experienced Litigation Associate to join its Detroit office.

Taft is seeking an associate with 5-6 years of complex litigation experience, including:

• drafting pleadings and dispositive motions
• courtroom appearances including arguing motions
• handling depositions
• handling trials
• arbitration hearings (first or second chair)
• developing, researching, and executing overall case strategy The ideal candidate will have excellent academic and professional credentials, superior research and persuasive writing ability, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication skills.

• The salary range for this position is $215,000 – $255,000.
