Associate ITS Analyst (São José dos Campos/SP)
Key Responsibilities

Develop, test, and support business applications and automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and related technologies.

Assist in gathering, documenting, and validating business and technical requirements.

Support the creation of technical documentation, including process flows, solution designs, and support materials.

Participate in application and automation testing activities, helping to ensure quality, performance, and reliability.

Assist with the deployment and maintenance of solutions across development, testing, and production environments.

Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application and automation issues under the guidance of senior developers.

Support integrations between business applications, enterprise systems, databases, and APIs.
-
Collaborate with business users to understand process improvement opportunities and automation requirements.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to simplify processes and increase efficiency.

Follow established development, security, governance, and compliance standards.

Participate in Agile ceremonies, team meetings, knowledge-sharing activities, and technical reviews.

Stay current with emerging technologies, including Power Platform capabilities, AI features, and automation best practices.

Required Experience and Skills

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Systems Analysis and Development, Information Systems, or a related field.

Experience in software development, automation/workflow development, application support, internships, co-op programs, or academic projects.

Experience through academic, internship, personal, or professional projects using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio).

Strong interest in business application development, automation, and digital transformation technologies.

Intermediate English.

Preferred

Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals (PL-900) certification.

Experience participating in Agile development environments.

Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Knowledge of source control tools such as Git.
-
Basic understanding of data structures and data management principles.

Hybrid On-Site Work Environment: This position requires regular in-person engagement, with on-site presence three (3) days per week.
