- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on various IP-related issues, including regulatory compliance, intellectual property, contracts, and data protection.
- Analyze complex IP issues, identify legal risks, and provide strategic recommendations to clients. Assist in developing effective IP protection and enforcement strategies aligned with client's business goals.
- Conduct comprehensive IP research on intellectual property laws, regulations, and precedents. Analyze and interpret relevant case law, statutes, and regulations to provide accurate and informed legal advice.
- Draft legal documents, perform due diligence, and support IP litigation.
- Manage client relationships and maintain a high level of professionalism and client service.
