About the Role The Associate Integration Consultant is an entry-level role at Thomson Reuters focused on implementing and configuring e-document integration solutions, troubleshooting issues, and documenting processes. - Analyze and set up customer-specific integration solutions, starting with simple tasks, and gradually handling more complex work over time.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve basic integration-related issues in a timely manner.
- Prepare, maintain, and update documentation for integration processes, solutions, and issue resolution.
- Perform testing of customer formats and integration solutions to ensure accuracy, functionality, and quality.
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to deliver, support, and maintain integration solutions.
- Actively participate in training and development activities to strengthen technical knowledge and enhance job-related skills. What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology).
- 1-4 years of experience in a related field.
- Strong technical interest and a willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to read and write XSLT, XML, Groovy, or similar languages.
- Familiarity with EDI (e-invoice/order).
- Basic knowledge about communication protocols (SFTP, HTTPS, API).
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken. Compensation & Benefits
