Job Title: Associate Instock Management/Specialist
Location: Culver City, CA (Onsite)
Contract Duration: 06 Month (Extendable)
We are seeking an Associate Instock Manager to support supply chain and inventory operations. This role partners with internal teams and vendors to resolve operational issues, improve vendor performance, and optimize end-to-end supply chain processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and resolve inventory, out-of-stock, and supply chain issues.
- Collaborate with supply chain, transportation, and vendor management teams.
- Manage daily tasks while meeting quality and SLA requirements.
- Analyze operational data and maintain performance reports.
- Identify root causes and develop scalable solutions.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in Supply Chain, Inventory Management, or Project Management.
- 1+ year of Excel experience with basic/intermediate formulas and VLOOKUP.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong communication and written skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and problem-solving abilities.
