Associate, Incentive Compensation Inquiry & Data Operations

About the Role As an Associate in Incentive Compensation Inquiry & Data Operations, you will manage inquiries related to incentive metrics and payouts, resolve complex data challenges, maintain data stewardship standards, and deliver ad-hoc analytics to support field and leadership decisions. This role blends data governance with frontline inquiry management to drive accurate payout processes and strategic insights. What You'll Do

• Inquiry Management: Act as the primary point of contact for inquiries related to incentive metrics, payouts, and plan interpretation; investigate and resolve inquiries promptly with clear, data-backed communication; track and analyze inquiry trends to identify process or data improvement opportunities; demonstrate professionalism, empathy, and data-driven precision to ensure a positive stakeholder experience.
• Data Challenges and Resolution: Identify, research, and resolve data discrepancies impacting IC calculations or field reporting; partner with cross-functional teams to correct root causes and implement preventive solutions; maintain documentation of issue resolution and lessons learned for continuous improvement.
• Data Stewardship: Collaborate with internal teams to evaluate impact(s) of data changes; design and document impact analyses and work with other teams to execute; define necessary data remediations, next steps, and appropriate communications with stakeholders; influence, design, and document data governance policies, standards, and procedures for IC data; continually improve data quality measures; validate data source requirements, highlight risks and mitigations, and define review schedules; understand and interpret data ingestion quality checks which have IC impact.
• Ad-hoc Analytics: Conduct analytical deep dives and ad-hoc reporting on performance, attainment, and payout trends; create and automate dashboards or reports to provide actionable insights for business leaders; translate complex data into clear narratives that support decision-making.
• Foundational IC Knowledge: Possesses a comprehensive understanding of end-to-end Incentive Compensation operations, including plan design, goal setting, contest administration, payout calculation, and performance analytics; this knowledge enables end-to-end operations with accuracy, consistency, and strategic insight.
