Pentagon Partners is seeking Associates to join its Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) team to support advisory engagements and help clients identify and manage compliance risks while building a career in governance, risk management, and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Support governance, risk, and compliance advisory engagements.
- Conduct legal research and regulatory analysis.
- Draft legal opinions, reports, policies, and compliance documentation.
- Assist clients in identifying and managing compliance risks.
- Monitor regulatory developments and provide relevant updates.
- Collaborate with team members on GRC projects and client engagements.
- Ensure high-quality service delivery and adherence to professional standards.
Requirements
- Must be called to the Nigerian Bar and be in good standing.
- Minimum of 1–10 years post-call experience.
- Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
- Demonstrated interest in Governance, Risk, and Compliance.
- Must reside in Lagos or Owerri.
