Position Summary
The Associate General Counsel will work as an integral part of our global Office of the General Counsel (OGC), working closely with partners and business service leads to assist the Firm in the management of risk, including handling corporate structural and regulatory compliance work.
Our General Counsel Team
The OGC acts as the Firm’s in-house legal counsel. Its work focuses on the Firm’s global risk management, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and new business intake.
Duties and Accountabilities
- Advising the Firm on its global structure and corporate governance, including corporate and partnership secretarial issues and the opening, closing and restructuring of offices.
