What You Will Do
- Advise clients on a range of finance and transaction matters, ensuring compliance and strategic alignment.
- Conduct thorough due diligence and analysis to support complex transactions and financing arrangements.
- Draft and negotiate transactional documents, including agreements and contracts, with precision and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that meet client needs.
- Stay informed on industry trends and regulatory changes to provide proactive guidance to clients.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality legal services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, enhancing client satisfaction and loyalty.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 2–4 years of experience in finance and transactions within a law firm setting.
- Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret complex legal and financial documents.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
- Experience with venture capital and private equity transactions.
- Familiarity with financial modeling and valuation techniques.
- A strong academic background in finance, law, or a related field.
Compensation and Benefits
The base salary for this role ranges from $225K to $260K, complemented by a competitive benefits package designed to support your professional growth and well-being.
