About the Role Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is seeking an Associate Field Service Engineer to support its diagnostic equipment across the Northland Territory. This role involves troubleshooting, installation, validation, preventative maintenance, modifications, and service repairs, while delivering excellent customer service and technical training. You will report to the local Field Service Supervisor and work remotely from Eau Claire, WI. What You'll Do
- Under minimal direction, complete troubleshooting, installation, validation, preventative maintenance, modifications, and service repair on Beckman Coulter equipment; provide excellent and efficient service to customers, along with technical training on products.
- Maintain accurate customer service logs and internal service records; order repair parts; adhere to cycle times.
