About the Role As the Associate Engineer, Vendor Quality, you will be responsible for performing routine quality-related tasks based on detailed instructions and established processes, and you will report to a Vendor Quality Manager based in China. What You'll Do
- Perform pre-shipment inspections when required.
- Conduct self-inspections (e.g., IBV), including audit execution and remediation actions under guidance.
- Assist in Quality System Assessments and follow up on improvement actions with guidance.
- Support root cause investigations, analysis, and determination of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), including tracking effectiveness of implementation.
- Collect, consolidate, and analyze quality data and maintain accurate records.
- Study product features, manufacturing processes, and controls to support manufacturing risk assessments, and drive improvements with guidance.
