Summary
This position is based in East Hanover, NJ and will not have the ability to be located remotely. Please note that this role would not provide relocation and only local candidates will be considered. The expectation of working hours and travel (domestic and/or international) will be defined by the hiring manager. This position will require up to 20% travel.
Reporting into the ED, US Business Strategy Lead, this role serves as the core strategy project manager and analytical lead for US Business Strategy, converting ambiguous business questions into structured workstreams, fact bases, insights, recommendations, and executive-ready outputs.
The Associate Director, US Strategy is responsible for owning workstream management, analysis design, stakeholder input gathering, synthesis, presentation development, and action tracking for assigned projects.
About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Structure workstreams, analyses, interviews, workshops, and deliverables for assigned US Business Strategy projects.
- Coordinate functional strategy inputs and pressure-test whether functional plans ladder to US commercial enterprise priorities.
- Synthesize market, customer, competitor, policy, portfolio, financial, and operating model inputs into clear strategic choices.
- Prepare US LT-ready recommendations, strategic options, and trade-off narratives.
- Manage stakeholder follow-ups, risks, dependencies, and action tracking for workstreams
