Description
- The Assistant Director of Transfer Admissions supports the Office of Admissions and the enrollment team by developing, implementing, and managing recruitment strategies specifically for transfer students to meet institutional enrollment goals. This position requires a combination of strategic planning, project leadership, and hands-on recruitment experience. The Assistant Director of Transfer Admissions contributes to daily admissions operations, leads special projects or initiatives as assigned, and serves as a key liaison between Barton College and external partners to promote the Barton experience for prospective transfer students. The role also includes supervising student workers who assist with admission-related tasks.
