Job Description
The Associate Director of Disability Resources provides strategic, operational, and compliance leadership for disability resources at the University of Indianapolis. This position oversees the daily administration and delivery of accommodation services while driving a proactive, campus-wide approach to student accessibility.
Serving as the university’s primary subject-matter expert on disability-related policies and practices, the Associate Director works collaboratively across the university to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
REQUIREMENTS/MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience
- Minimum of 3–5 years of progressive, responsible experience within a post-secondary disability services or accessibility resources framework.
