About this role

- The Associate Director participates in the day-to-day management and support of the College's Banner enterprise system (development, training, preproduction and production instances), including development, troubleshooting, backup, restoration, and upgrades.
- In absence of the Director (ASD), the Associate Director will manage all operations for Application Support and Development.
- The Associate Director also acts as a trainer and mentor for Programmer Analysts within the College and may be delegated responsibility for the overall direction and management of one or more specific functional areas in ASD.
- May represent the department on university or State committees.
