Associate Director, International Market Analytics and Business Intelligence (IMABI)

About the Role This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team where treatment patterns and eligibility criteria are changing. The IMABI role is a strategic partner for internal partners/stakeholders, leveraging data, secondary analyses, and primary market research to make informed and operational decisions. They will be the lead International Market Analytics and Business Intelligence (IMABI) voice on commercial teams and will facilitate business insights and develop actional recommendations that drive key business needs and objectives. Most importantly, this role represents the voice of the customer to enable better outcomes for patients. What You'll Do

  • Serve as the IMABI lead supporting Venclexta AML, including ongoing management and tracking of the AML landscape.
  • Be an important member of the Venclexta AML Cross Functional Team and enable leadership on cross-functional, international teams.
  • Data-mine both custom research and syndicated data to uncover insights that identify opportunities for growth; proactively address trends and market changes.
  • Support brands using tracking and measuring KPIs, monthly brand performance reviews and secondary research deep dives (syndicated chart audits, Oncology Dynamics, etc.).
  • Track KPIs and brand/competitor performance to enable faster, data-informed decisions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Area and Key Affiliate partners to co-create and execute plans and ensure market understanding alignment.
  • Collaborate across Cross-functional Brand Team and IMABI to maximize results, streamline processes and identify best practices.
  • Proactively identify new data sources, analysis opportunities, and research methodologies to ensure objective, comprehensive insights.
  • Lead brand planning with deep understanding of patient journey, market landscape, trends, and value drivers; influence viable positioning and close knowledge gaps.
  • Serve as strategic partner to Differentiation and Standard of Care leads, providing insights for tactical execution and measurement; connect ACE learnings to primary/secondary insights.
  • Provide insights on market evolution over the next 3-5 years to guide launch strategies, portfolio management and growth.
  • Contribute to financial planning (LRP) with expertise on market shares and competitor assumptions.
  • Work across IMABI, Commercial Excellence, and Marketing to deliver actionable, integrated analytics (descriptive and diagnostic).
  • Lead and participate in initiatives to improve IMABI capabilities and ensure activities are on time, within budget, and compliant. What We're Looking For
  • BA or BS required; MBA or MA (advanced degree) preferred; degree concentration in market research, marketing, or social science.
  • 5-7+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics and Business Intelligence with strong knowledge of data sources and global/country insights.
  • Experience developing Market Research/Analytics Plans.
  • Oncology experience is a plus.
  • Experience synthesizing and presenting data from multiple sources (secondary and primary, quantitative and qualitative) into actionable business insights.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and storytelling capabilities; ability to influence cross-functional, global, and affiliate teams.
  • Self-starter with intellectual curiosity and strong business acumen.
  • Ability to interact effectively with all stakeholders. Nice to Have
  • Experience in Oncology is a plus.
