About the Role The position is within EY Brand, Marketing and Communications (BMC) in GDS (Global Delivery Services) and aligned to the Communications and Engagement (CE) pillar. As an Associate Director, you will be in the senior-most rank in the team, instrumental in delivering on the strategic priorities of EY CE and other initiatives. You will work closely with the BMC in GDS CE Pillar Leader and the EY global CE Strategy and Planning lead, contributing to the execution of strategic, firm-wide, integrated communications plans/campaigns/initiatives that connect colleagues to EY’s strategy, vision, and culture. You will support the strategic and operational aspects of the pillar, including working with clients and team members. What You'll Do
- Support the evolution of our internal communications infrastructure towards a more digital engagement model
- Understand the business and employee needs to utilize the right communications tools and channels for engagement, awareness, and collaboration
- Work with the BMC in GDS CE Pillar Leader and the EY global CE Strategy and Planning lead, contributing to the execution of strategic, firm-wide, integrated communications plans/campaigns/initiatives
- Drive cross-functional collaboration to connect colleagues to EY’s strategy, vision, and culture
- Support both strategic and operational aspects of the CE pillar, including working with clients and team members What We're Looking For
- Experience delivering on strategic priorities of internal communications, and ability to work at a senior level within a global firm
- Ability to collaborate with BMC GDS CE Pillar Leader and EY global CE Strategy and Planning lead
- Proven track record of contributing to execution of strategic, firm-wide, integrated communications plans/campaigns/initiatives
- Skills to evolve internal communications infrastructure towards a digital engagement model
- Understanding of business and employee needs to select the right tools and channels for engagement, awareness, and collaboration
