About this role
The Associate Director, Finance Business Partner is the principal strategic finance adviser to the Chief Commercial Officer and CCO leadership team. The role shapes the three-year commercial and financial vision, converts enterprise growth priorities into executable plans, and influences the allocation of resources and investment across markets, channels and commercial capabilities.
Operating beyond a single-market remit, the role owns the global commercial finance agenda across Sales, integrates market plans into a coherent enterprise view, and provides independent challenge on revenue growth, margin, customer economics, pricing, productivity and return on investment.
The role leads a team of four direct reports and sets the direction, standards and operating model for CCO finance partnering.
As a trusted C-suite partner, the role shapes senior executive decisions through clear recommendations, scenario analysis and constructive challenge. It represents Finance in strategic commercial forums and ensures that growth choices are financially sustainable, risk-aware and aligned to NCC Group's long-term value creation priorities.
