About the Role Associate Director, Cybersecurity and NERC Compliance will lead client management, solution delivery, and project results across Canada. This role connects Guidehouse consulting solutions to client problems, supports business development and sales, and leads project workstreams with clients and internal experts. It also involves mentoring consultants and driving customer success through the integration of sales, stakeholder engagement and project delivery.
What You'll Do
- Lead and manage project workstreams, coordinating with clients and Guidehouse experts to ensure engagement success.
- Facilitate day-to-day operational meetings with client sponsors and internal team leaders.
- Leverage industry connections to foster client and firm success across Canada, establish business development opportunities, and communicate Guidehouse solutions to clients and internal executives.
- Mentor and coach consultants and ensure the delivery of high-quality deliverables.
- Drive customer success by integrating sales, stakeholder engagement and project delivery.
- Support meeting sales and growth targets within the Risk practice.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in cybersecurity and NERC compliance programs and a track record in managing complex client engagements.
- Strong ability to lead, coordinate and communicate across client teams and Guidehouse experts.
- Proven business development experience and ability to build relationships with client executives.
- Mentoring and leadership experience with consulting staff; ability to coach and develop others.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills across Canada.
