Vertex is seeking an experienced leader to join the US Commercial Operations team. This role will partner closely with business and field leadership to enhance field effectiveness by ensuring appropriate resourcing, clear communication, and strong support across field-facing initiatives. The Associate Director will collaborate across Commercial Operations and cross-functional stakeholders to translate strategy into executable field initiatives and drive business performance. This role directly supports one of the US business units as a trusted partner and field excellence lead, reporting to the Director, Customer Strategy & Execution.
