About the Role Lead and oversee EY’s GDS GCO Enablement team, working closely with the General Counsel’s Office (GCO) globally. The Associate Director will manage a team of lawyers in India and Argentina, drive operational excellence, and ensure delivery of consistent, high‑quality legal support for commercial contracts. What You'll Do
- Lead multiple legal teams supporting various service lines and geographies on client and vendor commercial contracts.
- Mentor and develop a team of lawyers in India and Argentina, fostering a high‑performance, inclusive culture.
- Oversee hiring, onboarding, capability building, and career development initiatives within the team.
- Build capability and drive continuous learning, specialization, and role enrichment in alignment with global priorities.
