The associate director provides leadership and strategic direction across Campus Recreation, handling executive, operational and administrative duties of considerable scope. As a member of the department’s leadership team, the role shapes long-range planning, policy development, and partnerships to advance student health, safety, and inclusive access for 10,000+ students. What You'll Do
- Provide leadership for functional areas including Facility Operations, Member Services, Fitness, and Aquatics.
- Oversee facility management, project management, policy formation, and assessment.
- Collaborate with university stakeholders; contribute to strategic planning and operational excellence.
- Promote holistic wellbeing and access equity for student participants.
